“Kim and Brennen from "Charisma - The Design Experience", have been wonderful to work with the past few years. We've accomplished a lot of beautiful renovations around our house since first hiring them in 2014. Projects included complete renovations of the upstairs bathroom (2014), main floor bathroom (2015), living and dining rooms (2016), main floor office (2018) and partial renovations to the upstairs master and spare bedrooms (2018). Additional assistance was also provided by Charisma in helping us to find new windows for the house in 2018. During these many projects, Brennen was our liaison for the contractors and the sole person we relied on to discuss matters with on a daily basis. Through the good times and the more challenging ones, he maintained an exceptionally high standard of professionalism and always communicated to us any budget or deadline issues with the projects. “We started with a blank sheet, only the walls were in place of our new condo. We had a vision of of the style we wanted and Kim fashioned it into a design reality quickly.
