This tired sunroom & dated living room fireplace get a complete make over from the ground up. Sunroom had a good foundation but was lacking everywhere else. The aluminum & thin glass structure was removed & upgraded with wood framing, insulation, triple pain glass & tongue & groove wood. All topped off with soft indirect lighting for night time & wonderful sky lights for the day.
The old brick fireplace left no space for a TV. The fireplace wall was modernized & built to harmonize this TV & fireplace relationship. Some storage space was also incorporated to hide away items like kids toys when not in use.
