An addition was added to this narrow split level house to create a perfect family room to watch to TV or sit by the fireplace. The addition also allowed for the kitchen to be opened up & have a large spacious island. To keep the traffic area around the dining room nice & spacious we did a custom built-in banquette seat.
This project won an MHBA Renomark Renovation Award in the addition category.
