Dark & dreary basement gets much needed renovation from the studs to the furniture. Renovation included gutting the entire basement & opening up the layout to maximize relaxing & entertaining. Spray foam insulation was added for comfort, existing window was made larger for more natural light & wonderful custom cabinetry for max storage without sacrificing the look. The old wood fireplace was removed & replaced with a modern electric fireplace. Fireplace surrounded by a dramatic large format porcelain tile.
