Tired old oak kitchen, powder room & fireplace gets a new modern design. Luxury materials like glass range hood, custom blended stone/glass mosaic tile & metallic luxury vinyl tile flooring. The clean lined cabinetry is topped with a simple pattern quartz with a subtle sparkle.
These details carried over to the living room by giving the old fireplace a facelift of tile & millwork. Custom desk was put in to replace the hand rail from the raised kitchen. Extra space in the living room was used for a wet bar that wrapped around the corner seamlessly into the coffee bar & pantries.
